Anyone remember this mouse movie?

It's old... I remember watching it when I was little. It's not Fantaisia or any Mickey Mouse Movie. I remember it almost being a little scary & sad. It was very "Dark" and I remember something at the end about the mouse getting an amulet or something. He was trying to save the other mice or I don't know... Anyway... I really hope you guys can help! This is driving me CRAZY. My friend thinks I'm nuts because I was scared of a mouse movie! I wanna make her watch it!!!
