What is a good plot for a drama series?

I'm making a sims 3 drama series, but I need a plot. Any ideas?

The Good Wife with Julianna Margulies, Necessary Roughness with Callie Thorne and Mehcad Brooke and Suits with Gabriel Macht. Characters, good stories, great actors and setting very believable.
