okay my motorola razor phone was working fine untill it turned off on me one day and when i tried to turn it back on the keypad would light up and the screen wouldnt. but when the phone did turn on (wich was occasional) i would have to keep it on the charger or else it would turn off in a few minutes. i know i should maybe take it back to the store but i just got the phone a week ago,
can someone give me any ideas on how to fix it?

Well you should be within Buyers Remorse period, so take it back! Dont accept them trying to doctor it up because you may have more problems later and be stuck with it. It doesnt seem like you're attached to the hip with it so get another one.

I have a Razor and sometimes I have to take the battery out for a couple seconds and then it works. I'm not sure these are good phones. I'm on my 2nd one in 3 months.

you probably need to go get a new one, i just bought a blackberry pearl after having a razor because i went through like 4 razors in a little over 6 months, they always have problems. since there the top selling phone in the world or something like that, they get mass produced so much that they all end up with problems.

they are a little expensive but if you can spare the $100 for a blackberry, then definitely get one, i love mine its so much easier to use.
