Why is my motorola razr saying 'unauthorized charger' when I try to charge my phone?

I have a motorola razr and misplaced the original charger so i went to walmart to buy an off brand car charger. The first time i plugged it in, it charged fine. However, the next day when i went to charge it, it came up as unauthorized charger and will only work when it is plugged in but will not charge. Since having all these problems, i found the original wall charger and original car charger that both came with the phone. and now, even that one wont work. it has started to say unauthorized charger. I don't know whats going on, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

The SAME EXACT thing happened to my friend. They had a Motorola, and they lost they're charger, so I gave her my old blackberry charger, and it did the same exact thing to her phone. I guess you have to buy a charger specifically for motorola phones.

I have the krazr (same family as the razr) and sometimes even my original charger says that.

Personally, I think Motorola just makes crap phones. I have had a problem with every single one of them.
