When will the Motorola ROKR E8 come out in canada?

im pretty sure it IS out in canada,i was thinking of getting a plan with rogers, i called and they said it will be available within 1 week...is it out?, o and with a plan, how much will the Motorola rokr cost?

what other good phones are there? (no budget)
