Sagem to Motorola Video MMS?

i have a motorola KRZR K1 and my friend has a Sagem (not sure of the model). they are trying to send me a video via MMS and im trying to send them one. but neither of our phones support each others MMS vids.

how can i fix this?
what video type do sagem use?? (it only says MMS format on the type of vid on a sagem).

[and yes i know i can just blutooth it but thats not what im asking]
