Whoknows?

This morning i went into my phone to send a text message and the screen just froze....my phone goes pretty slow so i left it a few minutes to sort its self out. Now whenever i go into the text message to compose a message it wont type anything...and the screen freezes. Iv tried switching it off and taking the sim card out etc...has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know how to fix it? Please Help

I have had to resort back to this phone, when I lost my Nokia (best phones in my opinion)....biggest piece of crap ever.... no reception, always drops call...Chuck it in the bin if you ask me!

Do a master reset:

Turn phone on: middle button > 1x down > select > 5x down > select > 2x up > select > enter pin (6 zeros if you don't know it) > select > top left key

Warning: will erase everything on your phone (even contacts)
