motorola usb charger?

i have a motorola razr wall charger and i use it to charge my sidekick lx
so i guess the usb tip of the chrger doesnt work anymore
and i have a USB cable; so the usb cable has a black,red, green, white whires and a thick silver wire.
so how can i connect those wires to the usb charger (which only has 2 wires). so wat colors go together?
