Motorola Unlock Code?

Ok so I turn on my RAZR V3x 7 whatever it is. I think it's that.. And it says enter pin. So i enter my pin code and it works. It then says please enter Unlock code. I have no idea what my unlock code is and don't know what to do. I really need some help. Thanks!
