Motorola Rival A455 isn't working!!?

It's working, just the video camera won't work whatsoever! Like I'll go to Record Vieo and it'll say something like "Unable to Record Video". And then theres this things in my "My Videos" and when I go to play it it just says "Unable to play video". Anyone kow what's wrong?
