Motorola k1 unwanted multimedia files?

Hey i was wondering if anyone knows how to delete ringtones and videos that were already put onto the phone before buying it. These take up heaps of my storage space and i dont even want them. When i check the properties of these files it has "divert possible: No".
So does anyone know how to delete these files?
