The internet (Web browser) on my Motorola w370 isn't working?

Yeah, I'm trying to add ring tones and it won't work. I went to the Tracphone website and to add ringtones. Though when it sends the text message to my phone it says "Go to" (go to the internet) and it won't work. Help?
