I've been a tracfone user for about 5 years and it has been the service for my needs. I just bought the W376g about two weeks ago, so these questions are fresh in my mind... On to your questions:
- What games come installed on it?
There are three games, Soduku, Soccer and Tetris.
- Can I download others?
I'm not sure - but check this site:

- Can I download ring tones?
Yes you can - they are from tracfone. I understand you can mail yourself ringtones and download them also - once again, see the above site.
- According to the description on the website this phone does not charge extra while roaming, is this accurate?
This is correct - no extra for being out of your normal coverage area.
- If I spend the $20 every 90 days and I have 20 minutes left at the end of the 90 days, they carry over in addition to the new minutes.
This is correct. I don't have that trouble, but my wife does as she rarely uses her phone except to hunt me down or for emergencies. She had a build up of minutes and finally had to just extend time without adding minutes.
