i have a motorola phone and it has a file dated 1/2/05 and 0.00 kb..... it...

...canot be deleted ... help?!!! ? that file is a picture file but it as no pic at all.. it cannot be deleted saying that it is still being used..... what is it?! how do i remove it?! help! please.! i really need it!!! anybody have experienced this before?! please!!!!
