I currently have a Motorola Razr V3m and am interested in buying the LG

Scoop. Is it a good phone? ? The razr I have gets bad reception and the bluetooth is okay. Does anyone know if the LG scoop has good reception and good bluetooth? Should I buy the Scoop or should I buy something else? (I am an alltel customer.)
