...manual works!?!? I tried pressing the little button with a speaker on the side and it doesnt work. One time I did something and on accident it turned it on speaker. Not just calls but whenever you press a button. Someone help.

i have verizon too....try this....:
-settings
-sound settings
-keypad volume (turn all the way down)
OR TRY:
touch the no sound touch button on the front of your phone (left of the motorola logo)

Push and hold in the button on the very bottom on the left hand side on the outside of the phone. This turns the speaker on and off. It should have a tiny indented circle on it

With Motorola/Verizon 1.3MP - Open the phone and then press & hold the bottom (of 3) buttons on the left side of this phone. Holding the button with the phone open will either activate speakerphone or turn it off.
