I just bought a new Motorola RAZR V3 cell phone and can't get the ringtone or other sounds to work. I have the proper settings set up for incoming calls (ring + vibrate), plus the volume is turned up. When I receive a call, it vibrates but doesn't ring. Also, if I try to play a sound file, it plays, but with no sound. I hear the beep sound every time I press a button on the keypad, so I'm fairly sure that the phone's speaker works. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
I'm not asking how to create ringtones; I can't get any sound from my phone except for the keypad sound, and I'm asking how to get my phone to produce sound. Thanks.
