How do i fix a -208 error on itunes when syncing music on my Motorola from at&t?

I'm trying to sync "Famous Last Words" and "Welcome To The Black Parade" by MCR and every time I do it says "Attempting to copy to the disk "name of phone" an error occurred (-208)
