Does anyone know the unlock code for the motorola u9?

I have a motorola u9 from the UK it is locked to the 02 network but i live in Croatia does anyone know a site where i can get it unlocked for free cause i can't pay for it online cause i have no credit card or does somebody know the unlock code?
If anybody can help it would be grately appreciated.
