Where can I get a case for the 3G iPhone with a hole to put a phone charm or lanyard?

I'm a phone charm collector... and I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a case for the 3G iPhone that has the hole to put a phone charm or lanyard through. Ebay has some but that's for the first gen iphone.
