Hi, I have got the Samsung Tocco and my charger won't charge my phone, i have got another Tocco and it won't charge that either.

I have only had the phone I think about a month my dad got it for me, it is on vodafone do I need to get my dad to ring up vodafone or can I just go into a vodafone shop and explain to them whats happened?

Am just worried that when I go to vodafone that they won't deal with me cos my dad is the account holder, he can't come with me because he has had a stroke he has only been out of hospital for 2 wks and he is housebound too.
