Phone Skin from Skinit.com for Rizr z3?

i just got a blue rizr z3 and was considering getting a black skin from skinit.com. however, when i created a custom skin, it seems like the skin covers the buttons on the outside. Does it? Also, does the skin fully cover the blue underneath?
