My cell phone case is stuck! guaranteed 10 points 4 solution?

I have an Spring lg rumor, and a hard protective shield over it. I have no problem getting the back part of the case out of my phone, but I have yet to figure out how to get the front piece off without damaging my phone. Several people have tried but nothing seems to work. (I've tried tried credit cards etc...) someone please help!
