Mobile phone theme creator help...?

I need a software which will create mobile phone themes for all the mobile phones at once. I mean there are softwares with which one can create mobile phone themes, but one can create only 1 theme at a time. i need to make themes for all the cell phones.

Cant sit and make them all one by one u no.....

Any tips????
