how to install windows mobile 6 theme?

after synchronizing, i went to /application data ...but there was no "Home" folder there...
i have theme files in tsk format...and was going to drop it in the folder "home"...(that is what i found in google search as to how i should install theme)...but there was no "home" folder...

help plz...

if my method is wrong then tell me how to install themes in windows mobile 6??
