Where can i shop for great bargains at the states from ontario.?
I live in the toronto area and want to go shopping in the states since the cdn dollar is really high right now. I usually go to fashions outlet niagara, but im looking for other places to shop anywhere around the border in the US. i'm willing to drive an hour or two from the boarder. The stores im interested in are stores such as guess, h&m, hollister. mostly for teens. Where would you suggest?
