you could try comparison sites, that specialise in properties (old and new) or look it up in recent Yellow Pages/Thompsons. it depends on how cheap you want to do it up, but remeber what you want inside (the design) would be the expensive part. like i said you just have to look it up. Do you live in London, if you do, places like whitechapel and Stepney have really good DIY shops were they also have handy men. Go to one of the Asian areas in London, they will be most likely to do up a whole house for you - Ive seen loads of Asian Handy men in Leyton as well, also in Hounslow!
