When is the best time to buy furniture on sale?
In October or November, I'll be moving back down to my husband's stateside post to start preparing an apartment for his return from deployment.
There are many things we do not have, such as a matching set of dishes (we have a few mix and match, but not enough and not a full set), mattress and box spring for our bed, couch, tv stand, computer desk...there's so much we're going to need.
He doesn't make a -ton- of money, and I don't currently work due to an injury, so we can't go out and buy everything at once, and we need to buy things on sale.
So what is the best time to buy furniture and dishes and such? Are there good times for different types of furniture (like mattreeses, tv's, desks and chairs, etc)?
