...Owner website? I am looking to hire a developer to build a For Sale By Owner website with all the functionallity of the major For Sale By Owner websites (i.e. ForSaleByOwner.com, ByOwner.com, etc). Any input is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to expand on my previous details. I don't actually intend to learn the coding language myself I just want to make sure what ever it is developed in I will be able to find ample support for as needed. I am hoping that all the changes I need to make can be done through a user friendly Content Management System. So, if I don't actually intend to learn the coding myself instead outsourcing all developement as needed does this change anyones thoughts on what language would be best. I am anticipating a large database and need to make sure that the programming language and database are capable of handling user searches efficiently. Thanks again for your responses.
