    ...what The True Sales Were? Please Let Me Know How To Back Out The Sales Tax Of 775 Which Is Included In The 205

    original price = (total price)/(1+tax)

    x=205/(1+7.75%)

    7.75%=0.0775

    so x=205/(1+0.0775)

    x=205/1.0775

    x=190.26
