Hi. I own a parcel of land in Ontario, and want to sell it. It's a lot meant for a cottage, I just never got around to actually building the cottage and now have no need for it. It's pretty small, and I have a buyer who's ready to buy for my asking price. He is setting up the sale through his lawyer, and my question is, should I get a lawyer myself, or is it safe to just use his? Thanks in advance for your answers!
