Now, I understand the purpose of giving stiff penalties to drug sellers near SCHOOLS - but why near churches?? Let's make sure we understand this: stiffer penalties are to protect vulnerable children from being suckered into trying and buying drugs.
So, whats the excuse about Church?? Are Church-goers somehow vulnerable to drug abuse, so stiffer penalties are given to sellers near churches to protect church-goers?? You cant tell me this is because the Church is a learning center - if that was the case, then she would be in trouble for selling within 1000 feet of a school, not a church...
