Thread: On the news again yesterday, gun and ammunition sales doubled since the...

...election. What does this imply and? should I go out and purchase some? What would you recommend I get? It's been years since I picked up a gun but when I was young my grandpa use to let me shoot his 22 and shotgun. I was a good shot back then.

People think that President Obama is going to take away their gun rights or make it harder to purchase guns so I guess they are stockpiling.

I guess bc people think that since Obama is our new president that he'll ban the selling/buying of firearms.

I bought one two months ago but for safety reasons, it doesn't hurt though that they're selling for really cheap. I'm actually looking to buy me another handgun real soon.

Gun owners are afraid Obama will make it difficult to own/buy guns, so they're stocking up while they can.
