Thread: My coworker deliberatly stole my commisioned sale and got caught,everyone...

...knows. What should we do with her? I work as a furniture salesmen with 5 other associates.Our pay is commission only.
A newer coworker deliberatly stole my sale from a be back from the day before. She miscalculated her luck because I caught her redhanded. I gave her a chance to confess before I said anything.
A short while later I confronted her. She did finally admit to it and apologized. She offered to write business in my name to make up for it and I decline the offer until my sales manager and owner has a chance to review the situation.
On a sales floor in furniture retail, we salespeople are dependant upon each other to be trustworthy.
With a theif on our floor it makes that difficult.
She has a history of taking sales in a prior position.

I am the team leader when it comes to motivation and attitude.
How do I handle this, both with my associates and my theiving coworker?
