Thread: Is the Mastercard Marketplace promotion a scam?

I know there has been a lot of discussion online about this. I am not 100% sure myself. I have had a number of bad experiences that would SEEM to suggest it might be, but not sure.

About 3 minutes ago, I responded to one of the promotions. I clicked on it less than 1/10 of a second after it became available and typed the code in right away (I type 90 words per minute).

And yet I didn't get it.

Yes, I know that's not CONCLUSIVE proof that it's a scam, but it would seem to suggest it might very well be.

Any other similar experiences?
