Hi - I placed a bid on a home for 5,000 - then upped it to 1,000. I was told by my realtor that the bid was not accepted. He submitted the bid to the listing agent, we received a confirmation of that. I just looked on the property appraisers website - the house sold for 0,000. My realtor said he reported the listing agent for inpropriety, because she sold it and received double commission. Is there any recourse at all for me besides filing a complaint? This happened in Florida
