Has anyone purchased and used tom butlers short sale magic book and made money?
does it work or is it a scam? Does it actually give you information on how to buy houses without using your own money or credit?

There is no magic in short sales. Short sales are simple in concept. The lender takes less than is owed on a loan. I don't see how anyone makes money on a deal like that.
