Fake DVD box set from Amazon's marketplace? How do i get money back?

I purchased the Sex and the City box set from Amazon.ca in the Marketplace section. The one i received in the mail is fake - the DVDs make a loud sound in the dvd player, the dvd player stalls and has trouble at times playing it, and there are typos within the print materials.

Will I be covered by amazon if I file a claim? I just sent an e-mail to the seller telling them it is a fake copy and that I would like my money back.

the buyer has more rights that the seller-i was scammed by one buyer and i must paid him....amazon is on yuor site even if you are wrong
