Interesting that you would ask this question. When I look at Obama and listen to him speak, he reminds me of a car salesman. He's got a great ability to speak and his tone and mannerisms would lead you to believe he knows what he is talking about. But when you strip down his plans to just the words, it is clear that he has no idea what he is talking about.
