Do the Ralph Lauren short-sleeve Polo shirts ever go on sale? $75 is steep for me!?

I live in Dallas. And here's a link showing the kind of shirt I'm talking about. Wondered if anyone knows whether Polo ever puts them on sale. I know of an outlet store, but their supply is very hit and miss.
