Can my wife keep the proceeds from the sale of our house?

My wife of nine years just asked for a legal separation and that she was going to sell the house. If we do divorce does she get to keep the proceeds from the sale of the house if my name was not on the deed? And if her income was used to pay for the house, does that have an impact on the decision?
