Can I sell goods in my shop that I bought in sale from another shop?
I am soon opening a small shop selling a wide range of gifts and toys.
A couple of years ago I bought a large selection of fashion jewellery in a sale, from a well known high street shop.
Am I allowed to sell these items in my shop? They are old stock but the shop I bought items from is further up High Street from my shop.
Advice appreciated!
Thought I had better add the fact that the items still have the original shop labels on them. (The backing cards of the jewellery is emblazoned with the other shops name)!
