I recently started a sales job with a credit card processing company. I love it, but I'm finding it hard to get business owners/managers to talk to me. I know there are a lot of other companies doing the same thing, but I have yet to find one that can even come close to competing with our rates. So my question is, how do I get past the initial "no", and get them to let me do a statement analysis? Also, can anyone suggest any books or cd's on selling that they like? I would appreciate any input, especially from people with b2b sales experience. Thanks guys.
