Thread: Banned from xbox live for marketplace theft?

I put so much time and money into my account and now they are just gonna say I stole something from the marketplace when I clearly didn't. It sucks that they can just do that and not have a legit reason. Anyone else got banned or know how to get unbanned?

They look for evidence that you did before they ban. Have you ever recovered a friend's account to get free stuff or manipulated a glitch where something normally costs money, but by doing certain things you were able to trick the system and get it for free?

email support and ask them for proof of why you got banned.

Shoe them proof that u didnt do it
Like a recording or someone that saw
