does anyone have any suggestions about how to deal with a former co-worker who was recently fired, and has caused a lot of trouble? I was friends with her, but she really messed up at work and I found out a lot about her character...she is a liar and a cheat. I work very closely with the boss and if she found out I was still talking to her, my boss would not be happy with me. I really don't even want to be near her anymore anyway but I can't seem to say no or avoid her because she is so distraught and everyone has turned their backs on her. What should I do? I guess I should learn how to say "no", even if it hurts her feelings...any advice would help.

b short and 2 tha point. its like havin a girlfriend. if she calls change ur number. if she finds it out act diffrently. jus b blunt truthfull and mabye tell ur boss about this in case he finds out sumhow. hope i helped

I also find it hard to say no to anyone. It sounds like that is what you need to do. Just brace yourself and do it! You will be proud of yourself when you do. I had to recently. I was sooo nervous while it was happening, but now I am glad I did say no.

a person like her doesnt get it .. they dont even get hints . you have to tell her str8 out that you dont like her and dont want to be friends. if you dont she wont leave you be.
