Ab Lounge...Why does my lower back hurt when I use the Ab Lounge?

Your lower back muscles are probably weak and are feeling strained.Do some lower back (spinal erector) exercises, like back extensions.

I have the same problem. My back hurts after using my ab lounge. I thought that it would go away after month of using it (since Jan 09) but it still aches everyday. The more that I walk or am on my feet, the more it hurts.
