So... I got the Voyager...
I kno the phone has an automatic key lock feature for the outter screen, but what i am trying to do is enable the Security Lock, with the 4 digit passcode to unlock... ... ...
Currently, options that i see in the menu is "enable on power up" or "unlocked"... .... the other option is "lock phone now"... i do want to lock phone now, but instead of going through all the menu's and steps, is there a QUICK key or a shortcut key i can press to security lock? or a timer?? something!

yeah, kinda sucks. i had the V and it had a shortcut key. seems like a bad choice to get rid of it.

Hi, I just got the LG Voyager Cell phone a week ago and I have finally found how to lock the entire phone with the security pin number without having to go through all the menu options to get there. All you have to do, is click on the exterior screen on the "Phone" and it brings up your dialing pad with the numbers, (like you were going to make a call). When you look at the key pad, you will see on the # symbol a little lock on there with it. Press and hold the # key. It will then ask you to Enter Phone Lock Code. Once you enter your 4 digit pin number, the phone will automatically lock for you in the Security mode.

It's not the fastest type of short cut, but it beats having to scroll through all the menus just to lock your phone with the pin number.

My phone is from a Canadian company, (Telus), so perhaps it is different than the LG Voyager U.S. version? Mine locks from the pound key on the phone dial pad definitely though.
