I'm trying to put a JPEG from my computer onto my LG Rumor phone as a picture ID. I have the right dimensions of the picture, and I have the memory card and everything. I know how to get it onto my phone, but everytime I try to set it as a Picture ID, it says "Picture ID failed to be set." What am I doing wrong?
