Thread: Problem with LG Optimus L9 software update?

I recently did a software update for my new LG Optimus L9 and now i can't take screenshots. before updating I was able to and now whenever I hit lock screen + home screen buttons it just locks my phone. Why is this happening?

I am also having problems. Only the system update knocked out my signal, I cannot see my text messages or make and receive calls and most things that I try to open up freezes my phone and I get an error message.

If someone could help, I would greatly appreciate it because customer service via online and by phone isn't very helpful.
