My brand new Verizon LG phone has had the roaming indicator on since I got

it. How do I fix this? My new phone has had the roaming indicator on since I got it and programmed it...it shouldn't, because I'm right here in my own house. Why does this happen, and how do I fix it?
It's a Verizon LG enV.
